Log emails & track their impact.
Whilst we know that automated campaigns are a highly efficient way to engage the market, there are still plenty of reasons to engage in one-to-one communications with investors - especially for top 20 investors and investors in the mid register.
That is why we have the "track emails" feature: a way to log and track the impact of personal investor emails.
Now I know what you're thinking: what is so exciting about logging emails?
BUT this is arguably one of the most useful features on InvestorHub, as it allows you to easily measure the impact of your IR across all contributors (including management, board, internal IR, and external IR).
To make it work, simply add the address "activity@log-email.investorhub.com" as a contact in your email service (we have a guide on how to do that here) and then instruct all relevant individuals and services to include that contact as a bcc in future communications.

This will enrich your investor CRM by providing a clearer understanding of each investors' communication history, leave an auditable communications trail, and, for registry-connected users, measures the impact that your communications has on investor trading behaviour.
